Your request must contain the information and documentation required by applicable Mexican law, including identification of the data subject, proof of identity or representation where applicable, identification of the relevant personal data, the right being exercised or request being made, and any information facilitating location of the data.
A determination will be communicated within a maximum of 20 business days following receipt. If granted, the request will be implemented within the following 15 business days. Either period may be extended once for an equivalent period where justified by the circumstances.
7. Withdrawal of consent
Consent may be withdrawn without retroactive effect by contacting info@paulinamolo.com subject to applicable statutory limitations and legal retention obligations.
8. Service providers and transfers
